The International Urogynaecologic Association (IUGA) has printable handouts in many languages across many topics to do with incontinence (accidental leaking from your bladder) and about prolapse (the vagina becoming relaxed and falling down, sometimes with the bladder or uterus or bowel or rectum behind it). There is also excellent information about local estrogen therapy in the vagina.
